Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product, subject to our approval.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible, returned items need to:

• Be unused and in its original condition
• Come with the original packaging and accessories
• Show no signs of misuse or damage

Non-Returnable Items

A few things we can't accept returns on:

• Products that have already been used
• Clearance or promotional items
• Customized or special-order products

Refund Process

Once we've inspected the returned item and approved the refund, we'll process it — timing after that depends on your payment method and bank.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is generally on you, unless what you received was defective or the wrong item — in that case, it's on us.
