Refund and Return Policy

Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product, subject to our approval.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible, returned items need to:

• Be unused and in its original condition
• Come with the original packaging and accessories
• Show no signs of misuse or damage

Non-Returnable Items

A few things we can't accept returns on:

• Products that have already been used
• Clearance or promotional items
• Customized or special-order products

Refund Process & Timeline

Once we've inspected the returned item and approved the refund, we process it within 3 to 5 business days.

After we process it, your bank or payment provider typically takes a further 5 to 10 business days to reflect the refund in your account, depending on your payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is generally on you, unless what you received was defective or the wrong item — in that case, it's on us.
